PPVC staff is doing everything we can to remain open and available to clients. In addition to the health of your beloved pets, the health of our staff and our clients/community is of the utmost importance. The following changes are effective immediately until further notice:
1.) When you arrive at the clinic please call 425-742-4444 to alert us of your arrival. A staff member will take history over the phone and will then come collect your pet for the exam. All communication regarding exam findings, recommendations, and payment collection will be handled over the phone.
2.) As a reminder- if you are ill or have been exposed to somebody suspected or confirmed to have COVID-19, please do not travel out of your home to bring your pet in. All clients are required to wear a mask when an employee is at your vehicle.
3.) We will no longer be accepting cash payments. We will accept credit or debit card via phone payment only.
4.) In a better effort to honor our beloved current clients, PPVC has made the difficult decision to NO LONGER ACCEPT NEW CLIENTS. Due to COVID19 and curbside service, our schedule has been adjusted and out of respect for our current clients and their needs, we will be suspending new client intake. We plan to reevaluate this decision in September and hope to accommodate new clients soon. We are still able to see new patients with our established clients.
